Netheravon Parish Council Financial Regulations

Adopted in July 2025, this document is the council's internal rulebook for all financial decision-making. It covers how the council manages financial risk and internal controls, how accounts are kept and audited, how the annual budget and precept are set, procurement rules including spending limits and when competitive quotes are required, and how payments are authorised and processed - including both electronic transfers and cheque payments.
