Disciplinary and Grievance Arrangements

This document sets out the formal procedures Netheravon Parish Council follows when dealing with staff conduct, poor performance, or when an employee wishes to raise a workplace complaint. Based on national guidance from the National Association of Local Councils (NALC Legal Topic Note 22, February 2016) and the ACAS Code of Practice, it is designed to ensure any employment matters are handled fairly, consistently and in accordance with employment law.
