Some PDF documents published after 23 September 2018 may not be fully accessible. This includes:

  • Parish newsletters supplied by third parties
  • Some meeting agendas and supporting documents

Meeting minutes are published in HTML format on the website wherever possible to ensure accessibility. PDF versions are provided as an additional download option.

New documents created by the Parish Council are produced from accessible source documents where possible.

If you require any document in an alternative format (for example: large print, accessible PDF, Word document or audio recording), please contact us and we will provide it free of charge.

What we are doing to improve accessibility

We are reviewing newly published documents to improve accessibility and will continue to make reasonable adjustments where practicable for a small parish council.

It was prepared following a self-assessment of the website using automated accessibility testing tools and manual checks of key pages, including the homepage, meeting minutes pages and contact pages.
