- Graham and Ian will speak to Larkhill Garrison about availability of pallets
- Dot will source a Piper on facebook
- Mary will speak to Richard Aubrey-Fletcher about a bugler
- If a piper or bugler cannot be booked we will have canned music provided by Figheldean (or as well)
- It was agreed that the event will be low key with people bringing their own drink and picnic.
- Just before the lighting of the bonfire we will have a toast to the Queen with drink provided by the Committee
- It was agreed that we would not need a temporary entertainment license as we expect under 150 people to attend
- It was agreed that we would not have toilets
- The parking to be signposted
- Possibly ask children to light the bonfire
- Netheravon to provide litter bins and refuse sacks
- Netheravon to provide Insurance
- David to contact Airfield Camp for their fire appliance
- Mary to contact Katie Nunney from SPTA for an on site meeting
- David to provide marshals bibs
