PUBLIC QUESTION TIME
An allotment holder asked the Council to cut down the trees which are situated on the verge of the allotments. He said that these trees block out the light and send out fibrous roots which makes growing of crops on three allotment gardens impossible.

It was RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 8th February, 2018 be accepted as a true record.

Cllr Burke reported that there are no new applications this month.

- Authorization of Cheques and balance
The following cheques were approved for the months of January/February 2018:

- Bank reconciliation
Balance in accounts: £17,183.28
- Use of Clerk’s home as an office
It was RESOLVED that the Clerk should receive a payment of £30 per month for the use of her home as the Parish Office.
- New Website
It was RESOLVED that the Parish Council will have a website built by Miss Jo Berrington who will also upload information each month for a fee.

TREES ON ALLOTMENT AT DOG AND GUN
It was agreed to put this on the Agenda for the next meeting after more information from our Landlords as to our boundary is obtained.

MILLENNIUM PARK SIGNS
The Clerk reported that she has had a meeting with the sign maker who will be sending a quotation for the next meeting. He is also going to quote for mounting the Jubilee Balloon onto a backing sign to show it off to best advantage.

GATEWAY SIGNS AND LOGO
Cllr. Mackay reported that a meeting has been arranged with Wiltshire Council Officer, Gareth Rodgers to finalise the position of the Gateway Signs.
