WELCOME BY CHAIRMAN
Cllr. Burke thanked Cllr. Coslett who put up the hanging baskets. He was pleased to see pictures of Coronation Music in the Park in the Stonehenge Trader. Thanks to the Chairman, Richie Ayling.

REPORT BY WILTSHIRE COUNCILLOR
Cllr. Blair-Pilling reported that the TRO is being prepared at the moment. The timings may have slipped slightly, but it is still on target to start the speed limit trial.
Cllr. Blair-Pilling reported that the Wiltshire Council Annual Report as adapted by him has been sent to the Parish Council by email.

It was RESOLVED that the Parish Council purchase two SIDs and Netheravon Community Speedwatch Group purchase one SID.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
1 . Planning
Since the last Parish Council meeting there have been no new items for the planning committee to consider.
The date for the decision on the latest planning application for the land at Piggott Close (PL/2022/08709) has long passed (4/1/23), WC has now decided to refuse the application (5th May 2023). Reasons given included siting of dwellings c.f. A345, proximity to 623 Piggott Close of car parking and visibility of windows from plot 1, layout not in keeping with existing properties in the area.

2 . Flooding and Adverse Weather
Cllr. Burke reported that we need more ‘Road Closed’ signs. The Clerk will order from Wiltshire Council when given the opportunity. It was agreed that the door on the Emergency Store is in need of painting. The Clerk will ask the Village Handyman.
3 . Highways (plus Parish Steward)
The next Parish Steward visit will be on 21st June.
4 . Cemetery /Enhancement/Netheravon in Bloom
It was reported that the hanging baskets are doing well and being watered by the Village Handyman and several other residents. The judging of the front gardens will be during July. The Churchyard has been cut once and is looking good.
5 . Recreation
A working party is taking place on 10th June at the playground in Court Farm Road to clean the wet pour and tidy up. A resident has kindly agreed to provide water and electricity for the jet-wash.
6 . Allotment
The Clerk reported that no one as yet has come forward to take on the two empty allotments.
Community Allotment
The greenhouse on the Community Allotment has been fitted with with glass and is now water tight. The allotment is fully planted and flourishing. The Community Larder is well supported and has been decorated by the Art Group.
7 . Rights of Way
The Old Wilton Cart Track will be cut next week. The bench along the Corfe has collapsed and is being mended by the Village Handyman.

A new fire door from the kitchen has been fitted and a new cooker has been purchased for the tea room in the Main Hall.

- Vacancy for a Councillor Wiltshire Council has given the Parish Council permission to co-opt.
- It was agreed that the next meeting will be a week later than planned on 20th July.
