MINUTES
It was RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 13th February 2024 be accepted as a true record.

FINANCE
1. Bank Reconciliation
The Balance at the Bank as at 12th March is £13,291.05 and the only thing waiting to be reconciled is the ICO licence due out of the bank on the 16th March
2. Leaving present agreed and an invite to the next meeting will be done.
3. Orchard – Trees agreed and Clerk to liaise with Cllr O’ Grady

CORRESPONDENCE
Police report received and sent to the Councilors.

GENERAL PARISH MATTERS
Hurdcotts have begun to empty the bins and advised to buy a proper bin for the BMX track at Corfe, stating that animals can turn the current bin over. Clerk to look into buying a bin and then get it fixed to a concrete slab.
Cllr Coslett reported that the bench at the bus stop outside the school has been damaged, the village handyman will repair.
