It was RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 13th February, 2020 be accepted as a true record.

The following cheques were approved for the months of February/March 2020:

2 . Bank reconciliation

3 . Dog Bin
It was RESOLVED to purchase small post mounted dog bin from Broxap Ltd.

GENERAL PARISH MATTERS
- It was reported that the old coal yard is open to anyone to trespass. Local farmer to be asked to put machinery along the entrance. MOD to be informed.
- It was reported that there had been several road traffic accidents recently at the junction of Mill Road and the A345
Coronavirus
It was agreed to put the emergency plan into action. Cllr Gerrard agreed to produce a leaflet for distribution to everyone in the parish. The Clerk to ask Fittleton if they would like to be included. Cllr. Linscer to organise dedicated email address and mobile phone. Detail to be published in the leaflet. Doctors numbers also to be published in leaflet together with the shop.
